              A few days ago I unfortunately came across a KDE Bug.

Most KDE themes are available from: KDE Store  download directly and install.
->uninstalling a theme
 
If the uninstall is failing then…
Global themes are located below: /usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/
Identify the theme you wish to remove and simply delete it - but do ensure you have the correct one 
I would also like to contribute my bug report to439797 – System Settings crashes in KCMLookandFeel::knsEntryChanged() when I try to update a global theme via GHNS window of Global Theme KCM
