KDE Desktop - Desktop Effects

I have KDE 4.14.4 on 13.2.
I dislike the Desktop Effect that causes windows to automatically switch to full screen when you drag the window close to an edge of the screen,
it seems to trigger when I don’t want it about 98% of the time.

But reviewing the list of Desktop Effects I have enabled System Settings, none of the descriptions seem to apply.

Anyone know which one it is?

->configure desktop ->workspace behavior->screen edges and there uncheck “maximize windows by dragging them to the top of the screen”.

So it is not exactly a Desktop effect, it is a Behavior!
Wow, there are a lot of configurables lurking in there -
