KDE 4.4.4 plasma desktop problem

Tried search but I can’t seem to find the words to describe this problem.
Tooltips and menus leave traces of background colors all over.

Example : Right click desktop menu leaving the mark when closed.

I can’t take a screenshot of this because it’s gone when I press Print Screen.

Windows sometimes have holes that show desktop background.
When the taskbar tooltip shows up it covers the window and leaves a hole in it.

I’m using openSUSE 11.3 KDE 4.4.4 with glassified theme, compositing is off, nvidia driver is 256.44
This happens since KDE 4.3 never seen it on 4.1 or 4.2
Also happens on a new user account…

Anyone else have this problem, perhaps a solution?

I’m still looking into this, it appears that it breaks only when I turn off compositing.
Under compiz, this problem is non-existent. Menu fades out nicely with no traces on the desktop.

Seems fixed in kde 4.5, whoever fixed it, thanks a lot.
There are still minor Qt display issues under compiz, but nothing critical.
