I ran this command in a console in Plasma 5 and it brought up the gamma settings module. When I tried it again it didn’t work with this message: Could not find module ‘kgamma’. See kcmshell5 --list for the full list of modules.
The gamma settings module is now also missing from System Settings/Hardware/Display and Monitor but
the command still works as root.
This also happened to me in Tumbleweed although I wasn’t certain why. Now I’m sure what caused it but I don’t know how or how to fix it and restore the module.
Any help would be appreciated.
