I’m coping some dvd’s and it looks like even though i’m doing a medium copy, k3b still copies to the blank media as a session. i can’t seem to find how to disable the multisession option.
Where is that option ?
K3B version is 1.91.0
KDE version is 4.4.2 release 238

When you click on the burn button you’ll see a window with several tabs.
One is called Misc, click on it and there you’ll see a dropdownmenu for
multisession mode.
Click on it and select No multisession.
Also you might want to check if k3b’s config returns to default settings, configured settings, or last used settings when it’s started up, and adjust to suit yourself.
I Don’t have that tab. I tried with both DVD +R and -R. i don’t know if this is an issue with DVD copy only, but the Tab has totally disappeared without a trace…

Well if you’re making a copy, you’re making a copy, there’s nothing to
configure about that.
No need to set if it’s a multisession or not, because it isn’t, it’s a copy.

Well i haven’t any experience with multisessions dvd’s or cd’s.
The only thing i can think off is that the original dvd was also a
multisession dvd and is copied just like that.
How do you see if a dvd or cd is a multisession?
Just curious because i never checked.
All my copies just work.
