is there any pastebin-like website which allows https access and is free of charge?

pastebin allow pro users to use https access, but is not free of charge.
paste.opensuse.org support https access, but the layout in google chrome 25 is broken. and after a paste is submitted, it is redirected to http page.

Forgive me, but I fail to see the purpose of https in a pastebin.
Content is available to the public, so I see no point in encrypted
transmission :-?

in our company, all computers are monitored.if i post some codes into pastebin.org, the monitors will recognize these codes and i may be punished.
so if i post codes via https connection, i beleive i am safe

So you are looking to circumvent the controls your employer has in place
for protecting its intellectual property?

Seems like you might want instead to talk to your systems folks, rather
than try to circumvent company policy. Doing the latter is often grounds
for termination, regardless of whether the reason is legitimate or not.

I still recommend not trying to circumvent your IT department’s
controls. They’re there for a reason, and if they find out, they’re
likely to not be pleased at all.

True, but as a former IT sysadmin myself, I know how I’d react if I found
a user violating my employer’s acceptable use policy, and HR would most
definitely be involved.

Otherwise, why have the policy to begin with? It has to be enforced or
it is meaningless.

And what’s more, it should be absolutely clear that it’s against the
advice given in this forum, and those of us helping have no liability.
People try to sue over the stupidest things sometimes.

So, warning reiterated.

needed to be done the first time…and, surprised (as i think you
were) that it needed to be done twice!

Oh, no, I didn’t think you were - but it was a good opportunity to
explain further my perspective.
