Is there a way to have system-wide DoH (DNS over HTTPS) or DoT on Aeon?

As the title says, I’d like to have a system-wide encrypted DNS.
On Fedora I made a little script to change systemd-resolved to use a single DNS (DoT), but I’m not sure if it is possible on Aeon since it only uses NetworkManager.

If you use a router, you can set the DoT there. It is the easiest solution.

I don’t have a fixed router connection, I always switch between work, university, train, mobile, friends houses WiFis. Also sometimes routers are provider-locked, so the amount of available modifications is limited.

I could do per-link settings, but I’d really like to have a system-wide setting, so even when connecting to a new network I am using my DNS service

On openSUSE Tumbleweed I use dnscrypt-proxy but I don’t know if it is available for Aeon.
