the reason for me to ask for a live system is that I don’t want to perform an installation, because it would require modifying the BIOS:

You cannot. As you have seen, Agama does not support this option. Agama is using YaST Bootloader module, so it should be possible to add any option YaST supports. Somebody just needs to do it and maintainers need to agree to accept it. Could you please stop adding gibberish to each post. While this may be funny the first time, it becomes annoying really fast.
