I haven’t received any updates from the Packman repository for a week or so and most of the packages, if not all, that had been installed from Packman have now changed vendor to openSUSE.
Is the Packman repo still active?

It says there that the TW folder has remained the same since July 5, 2025. This still does answer my question. Is it closed?
Have a look at the packman mailing list. There is the explanation why there is a delay.
