Is kdetalk.net down ? Chat Application Gajim

Hi, I noticed that the chat application Gajim is having problems connecting to kdetalk.net.

Starting with --verbose tells that [please use scrollbar to scroll to the right end]

2026-05-05 17:32:53 (E) nbxmpp.stream              (kdetalk.net) Unable to connect to kdetalk.net
2026-05-05 17:32:57 (W) gajim.c.client             (kdetalk.net) Error while requesting host-meta data: 404 Not Found

Anyone else using kdetalk.net for xmpp and may report whether it’s working for them?

I don’t think so, but maybe it does have something to do with installing leap-16. Because after installing leap-16 I found out that isn’t working as before in leap-156. One or two weeks ago it was working quite well. Installed app via discover / flathub.

kdetalk no longer exists (since long, long time). This is documented in the KDE wiki.

Ok I understand what you wrote.
But that doesn’t explain why it was working very well until one or two weeks ago.
