Invalid ROCm checksum prevents system updates

I am trying to update my system but there is a problem with ROCm checksums that prevents me from doing it.

Accepting packages with wrong checksums can lead to a corrupted system and in extreme cases even to a system compromise.

Clean the zypper cache:
zypper clean -a

Now try the Update once more:
zypper dup

Still gives the same error

Additionally you should show your repos so that we know where you installed ROCm from…
zypper lr -d
