Intel Graphics - do not running hardware acceleration

Hello,
I use OpenSuse 42.1 Leap, I have a problem with Intel integrated graphics - do not running hardware acceleration.
In openSUSE 12.3 hardware acceleration functioned without problems.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

Here are a few logs:

Maybe vaapi-intel-driver is missing?

Vaapi-intel-driver is installed in the system from Suse repository.

Do you have “nomodeset” in the grub boot sequence? I noticed that when I had that in mine, when I was trying to solve another issue, I also had no acceleration in Gnome 3.

I have not parameter “nomodeset” in Grub.
This is Grub configure:

echo 'Loading Linux 4.1.20-11-default ...'
linux /boot/vmlinuz-4.1.20-11-default root=UUID=47e01bd8-7996-4e77-8105-e19e5e6555fe resume=/dev/disk/by-uuid/093970a7-25ab-48d3-97a0-ac16b024032b splash=silent quiet showopts
echo 'Loading initial ramdisk ...'
initrd /boot/initrd-4.1.20-11-default

I tried parameter " nomodeset " in Grub and X11 server did not start .
I tried to run the X11 server command " startx " and ended up error:

Post the complete Xorg.0.log on a Pasteserver, not a sniplett.

cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log

You’ll probably find your answer in this archwiki
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/intel_graphics

You can verify the xf86-intel package is installed.
Skimming everything else on this wiki page, it looks like hardware acceleration should be enabled by default.
You can skim through the suggested links on the page including the main hardware acceleration archwiki.
