Icons directory of kde4

I checked both $HOME/.kde4 and $HOME/.kde, neither of them contains the icons directory.
Any one knows where it is? I’m using Opensuse 11.1 with KDE4.3.0

The reason I’m looking for the icons directory is :
some icons in Dolphin displays incorrectly. While a hdisk was mounted, the tiny icon on the places panel of Dolphin displayed
oddly.

The default icons are stored in /usr/share/icons/ and any new icon themes you install are installed into ~/.kde4/share/icons/
