I can't reboot or shut down the system in Leap 15.6

I have installed a newer Kernel from Kernel /Backports/ stable repository (6.12) but the system did not boot, so I went back to the original one.

It does not boot.
The thing is that the problem is INTERMITENT: I have been about one month using the laptop daily and the issue was absent, but it always reappears, generally after some update.

I would like to add the output of dmesg -l err. Any suggestions?

@agbal is kernel-firmware-intel installed? Might need a bug report for missing firmware…

Yes, it is installed.
