I can't encrypt home partition!

Happy New Year!
my home partition is Separate and fs type is XFS and not lvm
I want encrypt my home partition. and go to but
Run the YaST Expert Partitioner with System › Partitioner–>select home partition -->click edit–> check box encrypt device next and input my root password then click finish but show error

Could not set encryption.
system error code is -3016,
The encryption password provided could be incorrect.

how to encrypt home partition after install

You can’t encrypt while it is mounted. And encrypting will destroy all of the data, so first do a backup.

I’m pretty sure that I only ever encrypted during install. It’s easier at that time.
