I have an online store and frequently, when I print an invoice just my logo prints and nothing else. I have printed the document to file and tried to print the resultant PDF file and the same thing happens.
I have tried two HP printers with the same results. One is an HP Officejet 4500 Desktop and the other is an HP Deskjet F4280.
When I run hp-check I get all sorts of errors.

I assume that the errors explain what the problem is, but I am lost as to how to install the whole kit and kaboodle. Is there a package somewhere that I need to install?
BTW, sometimes, but rarely, it prints everything OK. And I know someone is going to ask, so here is the answer - Yes the PDF files look fine. The entire document is there.
