I’m using ivman (which calls halmount on flash disk insertion) on openSUSE 11.1 x86_64.
I need to set some mount options (like “quiet, showexec”), but only for vfat-bearing flash disks (I do have ext2-based ones too). Without them the mounted filesystems are somewhat unusable. For example, mc complains on each and every file it copies, saying “cannot set ownership”. The option “quiet” solves that.
So, how do I do this?
Thanks in advance,
