How ADD Firefox Quantum ?

Add to what? Do you want to install it?
You would have to add the Mozilla repo if you want FF Quantum, but my educated guess says it will replace the installed package.
there are 2 ways
#1 add the mozilla repo and install it with zypper or yast replacing all packages yast recommends
zypper ar -f https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/mozilla/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/mozilla.repo
zypper install mozillafirefox-59.0.2
you need to include the version number or zypper won’t change repositories, you can do this in yast just search for Firefox and in the versions tab select 59.0.2 version
currently there is a packaging bug that removes java when replacing esr with quantum you can uninstall java and then if you need it just reinstall it
#2 get an archive from mozilla unpack it somewhere in your home and execute it
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/59.0.2/linux-x86_64/
pick the language you want to from the above link
warning mozilla changed the profile format with FF 55 so after upgrading you won’t be able to downgrade to ESR without issues so you should backup your profile (or use Mozilla sync and) in case you want to go back to ESR
