Open a ticket at TorGuard website. We have tried yesterday many things, including openvpn & al, but there is nothing, no patch for enlightenment. There is for X, K and Gnome. They may try remote access to read some logs. Will see…
Skimming the TorGuard Linux Install instructions (https://torguard.net/gettingstartedvpn.php), it’s unclear whether all dependencies are in the package or if any dependencies need to be installed.

Switch from Wicked to Network Manager in YaST for managing your networking.
Install the packages relevant to the VPN protocol you wish to set up.
Download the files necessary necessary from your VPN provider, which will generally include authentication certs (which only satisfy the VPN requirement but isn’t critical for security. Commercial VPN providers like TorGuard will instead require Username/Password) and basic configuration information like Gateway locations.
Configure a Network Manager connection using the above files.
Looks like TorGuard also has online chat support for realtime support.
Selecting Gnome desktop works, but no success with enlightenment. Openvpn is already install after a fresh install, so there is no need to do anything.
