Agamar installer required LUKS password then I get the same trouble like the above link, does deano_ferrari there provide the correct answer? As I don’t want my mportant data disapeared.
You should of course always have a (or more then one) backup.
I ran into that problem.
My solution was to install a minimal Leap 15.6, and then upgrade it to Leap 16.0. For the upgrade, I remove all repos except the OSS one, and then ran:
zypper --releasever=16.0 dup --allow-vendor-change
After that, I installed what I wanted.
Ye, i and p disappeared. 
Does deano_ferrari there provide the correct answer? And is the same to LUKS?
How old is your vm+luks setup anyway? If fairly old then it would be a good idea to start over and move from luksv1 to v2
My filesystem is btrfs, what extra works have to do?
