How to install a program of *.package file ?

Good Day .
I have downloaded a setup file of kmess (kmess-1.5.1.x86.package) .
I tried to set up it running this or from Yast , but I failed with it .
What should I done ? Or maybe this file isn’t setup ? :frowning:
