I got ERROR 20 when access to one site.
“The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.” Does anyone can say why this happens and how to fix this error. Is there something I could do?

Well it sounds like you’re using a proxy server and there’s a connection timeout between the proxy server and the site you’re trying to connect to.
If the site isn’t available, there isn’t a lot you can do. If it is up, then the issue is likely in your proxy server - and what you do to address that depends on a lot of information that you haven’t provided - for example, what the proxy server software is, and how it’s configured.
This is how proxy settings look like in one of my browser. Would the help if I turned off proxy, or set it to be automatically configured?

Also, site is avaliable on my friends computers that is not on my internet connection.
Trying with no proxy might help, but whether that will work depends on how your network is set up.
That configuration page just says “use system proxy settings”, so doesn’t really say anything about where the proxy is.
It’s entirely possible that the site blocked you (unlikely, but possible), or it could be a proxy server misconfiguration.
