How to execute a windows iso with linux?

I want to reinstall windows 10 with my supported windows 10 key with linux some how but all I have is an iso that can’t fit on any dvd’s I have and the usb I have wont accept the data for some reason from the iso after mounting it and trying to copy paste it. How can I just run this iso to install Windows 10?
