How to create an openSUSE Tumbleweed ISO image with broadcom-wl and other packages pre-installed?

Hi,

The create new appliance page of SUSE studio (https://susestudio.com/appliance/create_new) only mentions openSUSE 42.1 and SLE base systems, it does not mention openSUSE Tumbleweed base systems, so I was wondering is it possible to create a live ISO for openSUSE Tumbleweed with some custom packages pre-installed in the live image?

Thanks for your time,
Brenton

Hi
Beware of the legal issues…

I would use kiwi locally to create an image, on an existing system create an autoYaST file and upload and add the Tumbleweed repos, thing is you would need to sort out some dracut files to rebuild the broadcom-wl file I guess for kernel updates.

Did I mention beware of legal issues with the Broadcom License?
