How to change the folder location .Trash-1000?

I found the folder.Trash-1000 in disk C: in windows.

I found out that this is a linux recycle bin folder. So, what does it do on Windows and is it possible to change its location?

@Hippoid you likely deleted some files off that disk partition when running in Linux, likely as root user in a GUI environment… inspect it, then delete it if nothing important.
