How to add coolbits option 12 to opensuse

I was able to install GWE and it’s very important to me that I can under clock my nvidia card with it so I can play games so I apparently need the coolbits option, but I can’t find a solution anywhere, in my
etx/x11/xsorg.conf.d under 50-device.conf is this :

Having multiple “Device” sections is known to be problematic. Make

sure you don’t have in use another one laying around e.g. in another

xorg.conf.d file or even a generic xorg.conf file. More details can

be found in https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32430.

#Section “Device”

Identifier “Default Device”

#Driver “radeon”

## Required magic for radeon/radeonhd drivers; output name

## (here: “DVI-0”) can be figured out via ‘xrandr -q’

#Option “monitor-DVI-0” “Default Monitor”

#EndSection

although I have nvidia card with working 460.32.03 driver on latest openSuse leap,
I would be really grateful if someone knows the solution

Thanks to everyone, I found a solution, it was actually very simple, I just needed to make a new default xorg.conf file in etc / X11 and that’s it ,and to add in it the coolbits option I wanted ,If anyone needs detailed instructions on how to add the coolbits option, I will be happy to describe the procedure
you can mark as solved
