How long to take flatpack updates OBS?

Hi. I’m not long enough a TW-user, so lets ask the community. I am streaming in Linux with OBS on Twitch. Version 31.1 (Windows/Mac) has been released by OBS (July 11th), but the Linux version (flatpack) is still on 31.0.4. I am looking forward to 31.1, because this version supports Twitch Enhanced Bitrate.

It has nothing to do with OpenSuse or Tumbleweed, but my question is about using the experience the community has on this one. That is: how long does it approximately take Flatpack to offer the updated version of OBS? Give or take?

IME they usually are pretty close to upstream. That said, it’s the summer holiday season, so things usually slow down a bit.

It’s normally pretty quick. I have no idea what’s taking so long this time around. You can compile the up to date version from github, or there are community repos that are more up to date than the flatpak.
