openSUSE Leap 42.3 and KDE

I want to install DraftDight program and it requires libaudio2 package
Where can I find this package?

It could be that someone can help you, but as 42.3 is out of support it will be difficult to find any packages for it.

And in the newer versions I will find this package?

If it is what I think it is - library from Network Audio System - it is not included in any openSUSE version. It is available on packman, but for really old openSUSE versions (project itself seems to be last updated 6 years ago). It is built in several home projects on OBS, two of them still has 42.3 build:
