Yes. Your kernel package versions don’t match!

You have kernel-desktop-3.7.10-1.1.1, but the rest is at version 3.7.10-1.24.1.

So please update your kernel-desktop to 3.7.10-1.24.1, and run “sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup” again. Then it should work.
