How Do I Fix The Network Installer?

:expressionless: How can I install the WMP300N driver into the network install disk so that I can connect to the network to install Open Suse ?

Thanks :shame:

:\ Isn’t there a way to put the drivers that you need into the Install disk in Linux?

Does anyone know? :nerd:

In Linux, a driver MUST be built for a given kernel. Not only must the kernel
sources match, but the version of the compiler must be the same. The probability
of matching these requirements with some off-the-shelf driver are very small. As
a result, it essentially cannot be done.

To the OP: Please go to the wireless forum and read the stickies. From the info
there, you will learn how to tell us what device you really have. I have no idea
what driver a WMP300N would require.
