I can’t remember the kde wallet password on my server so I can’t attach to my network attached storage.
There must be a way to reset it?
Try something like this:
mv ~/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet ~/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet.org
That should do the trick for you.
Doesn’t seem to be working " mv ~/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet =/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet.org
mv: cannot move ‘/root/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet’ to ‘=/.kde4/share/apps/kwallet.org’: No such file or directory"
Any other ideas?
oh it was tilde might of worked. have to check
Well, that, and I noticed that you’re running the command as root. That’s fine if you’re logged in as root, but you should run it as the user for whom you’re resetting the KDE Wallet password.
