Hi!
I do not know anything about link but as I searched in YaST>Software Manager for “English Chinese” I found an entry “cedict
This is a free Chinese-English dictionary that can be used, for example, with Gjiten. …]” Maybe this way you could help yourself?

That “link” is the word I input, that software is called “Dictionary”, I installed “cedict” but still no English-Chinese dictionary.

  1. Install “cedict” and “gjiten”.

  2. Open gjiten>Preferences>Dictionaries>Add>Browse

If “cedict” is installed you find it
(the Chinese-English dictionary files) at:
/usr/share/edict/cedict_ts.u8

  1. After that you are able to choose a better name for the dic and make ok, ok…

  2. And than choose the cedict on the right:
