You are aware of the fact that “does not work” is an infamous remark in a computer forums?
And you preferred to choose “other” when asked to tag your topic with the openSUSE version you use. That makes us even more curious what version you use.
And a bit more explanation about where, in which program, in which environment, things “do not work” would also help people getting at least a bit an idea of what you are talking about.

I put English first instead of Russian in the keyboard layout settings and it helped
