If an error message is printed in the hot path (the critical code in the
interrupt process, or a work queue that is run frequently), the driver is coded
to do the output only if a call to net_ratelimit() returns true. That way the
system is not forced to wait for the message to be logged. The message you see
indicates that 2 messages were skipped this way.

While others are allready giving you answers to your question, may I draw your attention to the fact the a title “Help please” is not very good to serve your purpose. Almost all threads here are requests for help. when everybody would title every thread “Help please” we better do not us the title at all.
The title should contain a short text that identifies your problem in such a way that it draws the attention of those that think they know something about that particular subject and thus could help you. A lot of people, when browsing through he list of new threads will not even open a thread titled “Help please”. So it is in your own interest to make a title that lures the right people to read your post.
