I see this seems to be a most popular topic amongst suse 11.1 users and it’s struck me aswell.
In kmixer my headphone channel has mute and unmute but no level control and it seems that my heaphone volume is controled by one of the 2 front channels in the mixer, the problem being, this also controls my speaker volume, which kinda nullifies the headphones…
Im using a realtek HD which is built in to my NFORCE mobo, which in kmix shows up as HDA NVidia.
Any help in solving this will much delight my partner who doesnt like some of my music so much… lol
