Is there any utility in this Leap 15.3 equivalent to former “Hardware information” to give informations about components system consists of? (I wanna know my keyboard model)

hwinfo - it is probably installed but if not
zypper in hwinfo
If it’s a usb-keyboard then lsusb --verbose would also reveal quite a bit. If you want to go beyond hwinfo, inxi provides a lot of info on almost anything.
