Gwenview (flatpack) super-slooow loading image from samba server on Kalpa

on the contrary, it is very fast started by debian-distrobox. flatpack permissions issue? all plausible seem present.
Any hints what could it be? Thanks

I haven’t a clue, gwenview loads images from samba shares just fine here

thanks @sfalken anyway for the reply .

I hope loading image is allowed here …
anything different from Your system ?
All the best.

Nope.

The only things selected in my flatpak permissions are:

Pulseaudio sound server
Print system access
All system files (which is probably over-broad, but ships as the default from flathub)
xdg-cache/thumbnails
xdg-data/Trash
/run/user/... (where my samba share is mounted)
Inter-process communication
X11 windowing system
Wayland windowing system
Fallback to X11 windowing system
Direct graphic rendering

The only thing I’ve changed, as far as I’m aware is granting filesystem permission to my samba mount.
