Hello people, I have a Genius EasyPen i405X which is recognized on OpenSuse as you can see here when I perform lsusb:
Bus 007 Device 006: ID 0458:5010 KYE Systems Corp. (Mouse Systems) EasyPen i405X
However… when I go into “Input Settings” to configure it there is nothing there.
As you can see I get this:
I checked and I have installed this which I understood was needed in the first place:
xf86-input-evdev - Generic Linux input driver for the Xorg X server
I am absolutely clueless now about this, I found something about “Digimend” which helped me understand this is a KYE type tablet and that I should have installed the package previously mentioned, but nothing else…
Any tip on this? In the Digimend page also explains how to make it work in some applications but it won’t work for me since as you can see it is not recognized by the input devices even when the hardware can be seen as shown before in the lsusb list.
