GPL Ghostscript 9.55.0: Can't find initialization file gs_init.ps

I have run into problem with ocrmypdf. I get the error message:

How can I fail check this? Is Ghostscript installed with the right version?

@dagring using non standard repos? Where did ocrmypdf get installed from?

I installed snappy and then installed ocrmypdf
