I need help,

After google and many websites I don’t know where else to go.

I need to know how to change gimp colors to look like this or something similar

Or a download for it would be good also.

Install a GTK2 theme (there are thousands available) or create your own in /usr/share/gimp/2.0/themes or in you user ~/.gimp-2.6/themes directory and select it in Gimp Edit -> preferences -> theme. Or include a generic GTK2 theme in your ~/.gtkrc-2.0. It will affect all GTK2 based applications, including Gimp.

if you are using gnome then gimp will use the system default
