I find it interesting how there seems to be so much less traffic on this forum an some others that I visit. The answers that I have read however seem to be of very high quality for the most part, which is great! It’s just that it may take some getting used to not having to check back in every 10 minutes for fear of being buried in responses. 
hang out where you feel best, just pick between quality and quantity!

It is your preference “to check back”. The forum software is quite capable of sending you an e-mail as soon as somebody posts in a thread where you are subscribed to. And scubscription to a thread you started yourself is automatic. In short, let the computers do the hard work.
