Firefox segfaults on kernel 6.18 on Radxa Rock 5B

Having problems browsing the net after upgrading Tumbleweed to use a 6.18 kernel. Firefox segfaults every time I try to start it. (Epiphany starts but crashes frequently, especially when closing tabs).

Running Firefox on a kernel 6.17 snapshot works fine (I finally had to learn to roll things back – very useful).

Radxa Rock 5B – Rockchip 3588 – EDK2 – Tumbleweed Arm64 – Gnome.
(System installed with Agama).

@hukka it’s a know issue See the ARM mailing list and link to upstream bug report…

You might want to look at the other snapshot notes as well on that list.

The issue is fixed upstream with Firefox 146.0.1, which should be delivered through TW20251220.

I’ll wait for TW20251220 then, I guess.

The experience has been good anyway because of the rollback function.
