Firefox issue on one specific forum

The error I get:

You are running an unsupported PHP version. Please upgrade to PHP 7.1.3 or higher before trying to install or update to phpBB 3.3

The forum:
https://www.kreidler.nl

With Chrome I can still visit the site and the forum.

When I start firefox from the cli it says:

(firefox:13317): Gtk-WARNING **: 15:42:28.139: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:1649:16: '-gtk-icon-size' is not a valid property name

(firefox:13317): Gtk-WARNING **: 15:42:28.139: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:1652:16: '-gtk-icon-size' is not a valid property name

Is this a message displayed by your webbrowser?

phpBB is the forum software that runs on the webserver to serve the forum you mentioned. So I guess your webbrowser sends a request to the forum software which in the end causes the server to react with that error message.

I can access the kreidler.nl-forum using firefox 112.0.2 without any problems.

Do you have any addons installed in your firefox which could cause that problem?

Will the problem persist when you use a new (empty) firefox profile?

Works here … FF 112.0.2 (64-bit)

Thanks guys.

Interesting, so there is a problem at my side.

After some clicking I found, it seems to be Adblocker Ultimate is causing the problem. When I turn it off the site loads as normal.

Even though Kreidler.nl is in the white list of the add blocker.

Maybe its time for a different add blocker.

But for now the problem is solved.

For this,:

See:

They updated the forum software, now with the add blocker on, the site loads as normal.
I already had that site white listed in the Add Blocker though.

Yes this error it seems, is totally not related to the problem I had.
