Just curious if anyone has experience with the new Ivy Bridge Thinkpads? Specifically, setting up the fingerprint sensor and the smartcard reader… I have a T530, and am running openSUSE 12.2 RC2 Gnome. Just about everything runs flawlessly, except I can’t get these 2 parts to work. I am a bit of a Linux newb I’ll admit, so I’m wondering if anyone else has been able to enable these parts, and how they did it? When I go into YAST and select ‘hardware information’, both show up, but none of the drivers that come with the system nor any I installed seem to do the trick…
