Hello, I have a problem updating TW using zypper dup.
At first, I was asked many times to make a decision, but I found a similar problem and temporarily disabled the home repositories, using sudo zypper dup --allow-vendor-change --allow-downgrade
There were many vendor shifts in the list, but a certain ./x86_64/debuginfod-profile-0.999-668.1.x86_64.rpm was not found on one of them.
I am not sure what you are talking about to yourself, but when you do a zypper dup the refresh is done automatically, except when you have switched “automatic refresh” off in your repo definitions.
Thus when you use the default, all repos will refresh when needed when you do the zypper dup . And the same for most other zypper actions where you need refreshed repos for. Most people will normally not even think about that. They will just see the refresh running when doing a zypper command and lean back enjoying the automagic.
Yes, but leaving auto-refresh switched off combined with forgetfulness is a bad combination. I tried to lure him in changing at least one of those two before the next upgrade.
