In other distributions I edited the file / etc / inetd. conf
But in OpenSuse 13.1 I am not finding this file.
What is the equivalent, and where I find this file?
Thanks in advance

You probably do not mean " / etc / inetd. conf", but /etc/inetd.conf (white space is important!)
openSUSE does not use inetd, but xinetd.
You can configure it with YaST > Network Services > Network Services (xinetd).
Or, of course, try to configure yourself in /etc/xinetd.conf (for the defaults) and in the /etc/xinetd.d/ directory (for the individual services).
