"Failed to start Apply Kernel Variables" - Error When Booting?

Hi,

Have a new error message when booting OS:
“Failed to start Apply Kernel Variables”?

Using current openSUSE Tumbleweed KDE 64Bit.
The above error does not stop the OS from booting to a desktop.

Just wondering why I am getting above error when booting?
