Ethernet very slow and not usable

I really appreciate your help and research on the subject. Your response alone makes me happy.

I have tried your suggestion nothing really changed
The past hours since I replied I was testing the cable in different way as playing online like Minecraft and Brawlhalla and downloading stuff and checking the ping
everything right now works fine but before I open the topic it was nightmare
as I described nothing really work
I don’t know really what causing the issue
and if things happened I will post here as well

It’s not clear from your reply if you ran the suggested command or not. If you did, is this what made a difference with what you now observe? Have you rebooted since, and the wired connectivity is still fine?

yes I ran it and nothing happened
rebooted and same thing
