As It was installing it gave me this error

If you have already installed libdvdcss, you can just remove the repository giving the problem and forget about the error. And the error is very likely nothing to be concerned about, but there but one file to fetch and then it is no longer required, so delete the unneeded repository when done.

According to the picture you posted, it complains about the repository called libdvdcss repository with the URL of “http://opensuse-guide.org/repo/12.1/”. This appears to be something you added in manually. You can go to …
YaST / Software / Software Repository find one called libdvdcss repository, select it and delete it and say OK and it will be gone.
