Login and password are 100% correct! Please help. I use KDE 3.5 and openSUSE 11.0
Did you see your username and password in /etc/ppp/chap-secrets file?

Sorry I use KDE environment not Gnome.

Please try to rp-pppoe and then use pppoe-setup command to write your ISP information to /etc/ppp/chap-secrets
